I've always been a bit of a SendTo fan. Right click on a file or folder and send it to an application or another storage location as a Copy..
Configuration of SendTo has usually been a straightforward, if manual job. Open up Windows Explorer and drill into the SendTo object within each user's personal directory.
Under Windows XP, it used to be inside \documents and settings\%username%\sendto..
Sadly, as is so often the case with new versions of Microsoft software, you pay more money for the 'new and improved' version, only to have to work harder to get the job done.
